Description

There’s pride in saying that you go to the gym in the morning. It can feel nice to get your workout out of the way first thing. It is also hard to get up early and carve out that time, when mornings can be busy to begin with. Thankfully, morning is not the only time that you can get a workout in. Maybe morning is the only time that you specifically can get movement in, but if you have other options, afternoon and evening workouts count the same as 5 AM gym session.
